All Raffiny Products will be delivered in the UK in the fastest time possible, using signed for delivery, so please ensure there is someone at the delivery address to sign for it…  Where possible we will dispatch items to you on the day of order (if ordered before 1pm).  We offer two delivery options;

Standard Delivery

For when there’s no rush, will be with you in 1-3 days and costs only £4.00

Next Day Delivery

For those last minute presents, or if you just can’t wait! Must be ordered by 1pm to qualify for this, and cost just a little more at £8.00

International orders

Royal Mail International signed for, 5 days plus. £12.00

Returns 

Can I return an item?
Yes if…
    Its within 14 days of ordering it
And
    Its unworn and in original condition, returned in the original packaging
No if…
    Its been worn and you decided its too cool for you!

And what will I get refunded?
As long as your item meets the requirements set out for “Yes” above you will get a full refund, excluding the original postage, and you return postage.

Returning an Order?
1. Just fill in the form on the bottom of your invoice and put it in the parcel along with the item you are returning.

3. Then just go down to the Post Office with your parcel and pop it into the next post, but please get “proof of posting” to cover you if it gets lost in the post.
4. Sorry we do not cover the return postage cost, as this would be another cost to pass on to you.
